A celebration of Marlborough’s wine, people, food and landscapes. Held each year on the second Saturday in February, there is always a great music lineup to entertain you. Marlborough Wine + Food Fest
The annual Havelock Mussel & Seafood Festival is a vital part of Marlborough’s summer and is held at the Havelock Domain. With entertainment and competitions, this great family day not only celebrates the native NZ Green Shell Mussel, it also celebrates New Zealand King Salmon and the Pacific Oyster which are also grown in the pristine waters of the Marlborough Sounds. A community not-for-profit event that has been contributing back to the local community since 2004.

The Whitehaven GrapeRide is a fun and unique cycling event through some of Marlborough's best spots including the Marlborough Sounds. Over the years, the event has earned numerous accolades, including the supreme “Best Established Event” award by the NZ Event Industry. The addition of mountain bikes and e-bikes to the event over recent years along with distances to provide a worthwhile challenge, makes the Whitehaven GrapeRide a great outing in the beautiful scenery of Marlborough.

Starting and finishing at the Saint Clair Vineyard Kitchen on Selmes Rd just outside Blenheim, the Vineyard Half Marathon is a 21.1km course that winds through vineyards, up and over short stop banks and alongside the mighty Wairau River. One of the most scenic half marathons in NZ.

Held over several days in early November each year, Rapaura Springs Garden Marlborough, NZ's premier garden event, was dreamt up by gardeners for gardeners. Celebrating Marlborough's stunning landscape, it showcases the very best the region has to offer with a range of garden tours, workshops and social events..... and finishing with the renowned Garden Fete.
